First and second of November are the All Saints and All Souls, Catholic religious holidays, celebrated in Mexico as the Dia de los Muertos, or Day of the Dead. Unlike in Poland, where this is a very serious event, the holidays in Mexico are yet another opportunity for a fiesta. At the same time however, it’s time to commemorate the deceased members of family, friends and celebrities.
